How to Reach Us

Email the editorial inbox for corrections, outdated screenshots or a factual dispute about anything we have published. Mark the subject line with the slug of the page so we can jump to it without a search. For urgent takedowns — a copyright notice or a right-to-reply from the operator — add the word URGENT to the subject so the message routes to the on-call editor and does not sit in the regular queue.

For time-sensitive legal notices — a subject access request, a right to be forgotten, a GDPR objection — mark the subject line with the word STATUTORY in addition to the page slug. The compliance channel is checked twice a day and the acknowledgement goes out inside 24 hours, with the substantive reply inside the statutory window. Press enquiries that reference a specific brand or promotion land in the same inbox and get the same acknowledgement window; please add a deadline when you have one, as we route accordingly.

Business Inquiries

Operators, affiliate managers and payment providers can reach the business desk through the same inbox with the subject prefix PARTNERS. We review commercial messages weekly and reply only when the message is relevant to the United Kingdom market and matches a brand already covered on the site. We do not accept paid placements inside editorial pages; the affiliate disclosure explains how our links work and what we do get paid for.

Brands that want to be reviewed on the site are welcome to send a pitch to the same inbox under PARTNERS. We cover operators that hold a current United Kingdom Gambling Commission licence and that accept GBP; brands that fail either filter do not fit the audience and we will not publish an unverified listing. If your operator is already live under a different brand or trading name, mention the parent in the first paragraph so the research time is not spent chasing the licence trail.

Response Time

Reader notes receive a first reply within three working days, usually sooner. Fact corrections acknowledged on Monday are published by the end of the same week with a short note in the page footer. Business messages, legal notices and press enquiries are processed on a weekly cadence. We do not reply to recruitment pitches, cold link-sale offers or guest post requests.

Support the editor by sending a crisp message. The slug of the page you want corrected, a one-line description of the issue and a link to a public source goes further than a long thread. Where a correction requires permission from a third party — a copyright holder, a brand owner — we pause the clock until the permission arrives and we tell you we have done so, so no message is left hanging without a status. Attachments larger than ten megabytes should land as a share link, not an email attachment, because the mailbox trims heavy mail at the gateway.
